People in todays world are so caught up in making money and being on
top. They will do anything in their power to persuade other's into something
that they are not comfortable doing, or taking advantage of what they don't
know and using that to their advantage. Now in certain situation the opponent
that does know enough may have the upper hand. With that all being said, took
the time to interview a role model of mine by the name of Vladimir Colon. He
was able to take the time to explain to me the different techniques in
negotiating, how to separate the problem when negotiating, and then explain to
me when is there a mutual benefit between him and his clients. He first stated
that it is important that both parties "understand the education of the
service or what the deal is." Therefore you can eliminate the
"problem" from the beginning of the negotiation. Vladimir was also
able to explain to me that there should not ever be a "problem" in a
negotiation. He does not believe in having problems during a negotiation
because he would not allow it to get that far. However, if there every is a
problem between you and your opponent, you asked them politely, what is it that
may bet troubling them. Maybe the price is to high, or they feel as if they’re
not sure. He said that one technique he uses is, to tell his side of the offer,
and then pause. He goes into further detail and says that, by keeping your
mouth closed after you give your offer, it gives the other person time to think
and ponder on what he or she will do next. If you are quick to react, you may
have just lost out on a deal that may have gone your way. The best thing to do
is to keep quiet, and then speak when spoken to! Vladimir later goes into
greater detail about presentation and how that can play a huge role in a
negotiation. He was able to give the example of how if he pulled up in a nice
car, and greeted everyone in the building, and they responded in a very upbeat
type of mentality, it can for sure go his way during the deal. But then he gave
the example of how, if an average guy was to walk in and it's raining out, and
he is all wet and looks nerves, that still does not make a difference on how
the well the other person is dressed. His opponent may very well know something
more than what the guy with the nice car may know. After he was able to explain
that to me, he also went into detail about reading body language through the
phone. Vladimir took the time to tell me that, he can tell how the person is
sitting, breathing, listening, talking, or reacting to his questions. He
usually asks a few questions, just to get a better feel of whom he is talking
to. Such as, where you from, what are you trying to do with your life, how was
your day. Basically trying to lighten up the mode. I clearly took the time to
listen to everything he had to say. Reason being, I to will use these
techniques to help eliminate any "problems" or issues. The very last
thing we discussed during our interview was how do you explain "mutual
benefits" between you and your client. He simply said, that in his company
its important for him to work more then what he is getting paid for. Building a
relationship with your client is more important, because he rather see his
clients come out on top, and then look back and feel good about what he
accomplished.

Express Music Through Your Anatomy
Music has been the food to certain peoples souls. They get up in the morning and start there days off by listening to a song that makes them feel good inside. It is a way for them to start their day in a positive and energetic matter. However you then have those who love music so much they make videos to help express themselves. I personally feel that it is a poetic way of telling the world that this is who I am. Those who have a hard time expressing themselves, seek positivity through doing so through the music indusrty. It takes a lot for someone to show their expression to the world through music. Some people are afraid to show it. I applaud those who have taken the time to seek more ways to reach out to people in there way of telling people, this is who I am accept it or not. Some of the people I have recently admired for video dancing are, Omarion , and Chris Brown. Through all the criticism that both individuals have been receiving, I feel they are both well deserving when getting the respect they deserve and people have taking them and put a respect level towards their level of maturity when it comes to dancing. Now I'm sure others may agree to disagree, but I to look at music as a get away from all the madness that may be taken place in the world that we live in now. One of my questions that I would like to ask is, why do people feel so obligated to judge others based of how they express themselves? I would like to take the time to say that I personally think more people should value you the love of others and respect everyones decision when it comes to EXPRESSING MUISC THROUGH YOUR ANATOMY!

Entertainment Industry and Its Finances
It has been such a pleasure to be involved in the entertainment industry. I have personally taken the time to look into certain situations that would revolve around the entertainment industry. With the economy being in a huge rut, when it comes to the recession, I sometimes wonder if the new movie for a rated "R" movie will still make money. It has been a huge controversy for over 8 years now. Why do people still feel like it is "OK" to still go out and enjoy a great movie when they know there finances are still not up to pare with being in a financial situation? Do they feel like its safe to still go out? Are people not carrying anymore about money because of all the negative things that are going on in the world? Do they feel like its time to spend money and spend great lump sums of it just to feel satisfied? These are questions that I wonder and would like to figure out. I was watching a video on youtube and it was talking about how civilians today still go out to the movies to watch a movie that is supposed to have 5 stars and make millions of dollars. The Entertainment Industry is being fueled by individuals that love to watch comical and action packed movies. The average amount of money that is being made off of these movies is way over 2.5 billion dollars. So when people wonder why their money is going so fast, its because the entertainment industry is taken a huge shift and bypassed the sports, or the news channels. I feel that if this is what is not causing the issue for this recession then what is? I am a concerned 22 years male that loves music, sports, and movies. However with the economy the way it is now, it makes it hard to enjoy the finer things in life such as the things I've listed previously.
Of Topic:
During the years the "MUSIC INDUSTRY"has taken a huge leap, when it comes to money. Artist are now getting more in tuned with developing the brand names through movies. There gaining opportunities to promote there brands through acting. It is important to protect your brand. I think this is a very good way to help show that the brand that was made was already illustrated. By showing you are valuing your beneficial value by providing smart and quality choices within your work!

Something Little On Ryan Leslie!
Ryan Leslie is the first persona I would think of who would like my idea if i had the pleasure of meeting him. Having the same mindset of a business man is such as himself shows that a person like myself is very determined to make it into the industry. These ideas that I would pitch to him would be on a level that I would hope would benefit me in the future and help me get to where he already is today in the producing and branding aspect of his music. His brand is something that I simply admire. He protects his brand by traveling the world and doing performances outside the USA. In other words his international movement is one that is remarkable I personally feel. Some of the people that he has collaborated with are Fabulous, and Cassie. His recent music has been based off of him trying to get back on his feet since his recent issue with his MAC BOOK laptop. I can appreciate his work ethic as well as his demeanor. However, his work ethic is something that I too plan on having one. I have researched how when he graduated from Harvard University, he would travel to local venus to perform his talents.
As of today Ryan Leslie is on tour. He is touring to Australia, Paris, Germany, Korea, and back to the stated in Las Vegas. His management team I feel is strong and well protecting his outside issues. I believe that his visually aspect on life is well approved through his music. Here is an interview that Ryan Leslie did that explains his way of recording his new album that came after his court case.

Inspirational Post
Inspiration is only given through people who have been inspired by other people. In todays society we are blinded by the ignorance of peoples way of viewing things or certain situations. We as humans are hungry for success. Well, some of us take it as if we have no choice but to become successful. I have come to an understanding that, by being inspired to do something you have to have relation to what will make a difference in your life for the future. In todays soceity anyone can say they want to be something or achieve something but its how you go about being that. I personally feel that by having a good work ethic is something that is a strong ingredient when it comes to becoming successful. People can be so talented and so willing to say they will do it, But are you will to die for it. Do you the people feel that you are willing to work harder than you ever worked hard for. I recently watched a youtube video on Will Smith that exceeded that monumental, inspirational, well spoken, and understandable interview. He explains how if you just decide to make a difference, by you just deciding at that particular moment, you have a made a difference in your life or someone else's. I am a true believer in making sure people such as myself, make good quality decisions. But, it all depends on how well you are on moving forward and seeking that success that can make or brake you.
Gary Vaynerchuk , is an individual that has truly helped me realize what passion, what hustling, and what dedication means to someone who is ready for positive results. I payed attention to how he emphasizes the importance of sticking to your goal. His aggression towards caring for others is one I applaud. Reason being I truly see how he can become a great storyteller. His communication skills exceed those who have problems doing so. I feel that if people listen to him, they will have a better understanding on how to go about branding or protecting what is yours and then providing the right solutions and right ingredients to make what you want to happen, succeed! Now, I feel that the only way to go about making sure that you meet certain requirements, is by setting boundaries and have a certain standard. I feel that you have to sometimes create a visual idea, seek it, then attack it and watch what happens once you make those titles real, you will forever feel accomplished, at least thats how I feel when it comes to becoming a successful entrepreneur.

Related Artist's and Its Judgmental Views
Music has evolved into a competitive outlook in todays society. I personally have looked into the depth of what the audience has to say about certain individuals who would not try to look like a previous artist but would actually portray the image of one who use to perform. But the question that people like myself what to know is, are they actually trying to by someone that the older generation use to listen to 20 or 30 years ago.
Why does the image of an artist always have to relate back to what a previous artist either looked like or how they moved on the dance floor? Examples of these frequently asked questions for people whom are portrayed to be representing someone who use to perform are, Chris Brown acting as if he was the new and improved Michael Jackson. Another individual that I personally feel is trying to do this is, Miguel a R&B artist that has recently become very popular. Someone people would say that he is a resemblance of Prince the pop artist who those that may not know sang Purple Rain. Now, someone people may look at this blog and say that I am completely wrong, and that I am not making any sense. But if people look at it, watch how Miguel now wears his hair, and how Chris Brown dances a certain way that would imitate MJ.
People are judging every chance they get. There are is an understanding that the average civilian, citizen or whom ever is quick to judge because they are either wanting to do what someone is already doing, or do it better. I looked up a couple interviews on youtube that explains why people judge artist without even getting to know the background of what they went through to get them to where they are at now. I personally took the time to sit back and ask myself why do I judge the media world. I feel like its based off of having or wanting something that you cannot have. People now days want something that they cannot have. So they judge of what they see through illustration or video performances or television interviews. Here is an interview by Sammi Lane, an individual who explains why they do.

Artists Beef and Producer Involvement
There has been rumors going around that indicated that, Meek Mill who is signed with MAYBACH music, is having conflicting gestures and also being pressed by Cassidy who many may know was a popular rapper in the years 2000-2006. This media frenzy I personally feel can be a positive one for the rapper known as Cassidy. Reason being, people who have not heard from Cassidy are eager to hear what he will come out and say, or how he will react towards this beef.
According to Cassidy, that he recently did on a radio station, he mentions that the beef between him and Meek Mill is something that he feels is not pointed to a physical beef. In other words he feels that this beef that hey have for one another is something in confusion. One minute he sees him at the 2k party in Philly, and everything is ok, then the next minute he hears words thrown back at him. Cassidy explains, that the twitter beef between him and Meek Mill, would be a known approachable thing if this was a year ago. Reason being he feels that, at that time if this was to occur, there would be know meaning because he had not reached that level of respect in the media industry. Now that Meek Mill is signed to a major record label, Cassidy now has a reason to respond back to what Meek Mill said on twitter.
There are producers in the media industry that have brought understanding and clarity to the civilians that may take one thing and turn it around and make it seem something else. There was an interview that was done about 2 years ago that informed certain people in the music world why certain things could not be said or sold. For example according to Jay-Z Top Producer Young Guru Breaks Down How Music Artist Enslave Themselves, by not sticking to what they say or how they say it. Producers are now getting more involved with the value of a word than what may just be said.
Knowing that certain artist and producers have come to terms with how people are able to feed of off "beef," it tends to spark an interest in the media industry. I have realized that this can become a powerful way of sparking others to stay in tuned.
