Inspirational Post

Inspiration is only given through people who have been inspired by other people. In todays society we are blinded by the ignorance of peoples way of viewing things or certain situations. We as humans are hungry for success. Well, some of us take it as if we have no choice but to become successful. I have come to an understanding that, by being inspired to do something you have to have relation to what will make a difference in your life for the future. In todays soceity anyone can say they want to be something or achieve something but its how you go about being that. I personally feel that by having a good work ethic is something that is a strong ingredient when it comes to becoming successful. People can be so talented and so willing to say they will do it, But are you will to die for it. Do you the people feel that you are willing to work harder than you ever worked hard for. I recently watched a youtube video on Will Smith that exceeded that monumental, inspirational, well spoken, and understandable interview. He explains how if you just decide to make a difference, by you just deciding at that particular moment, you have a made a difference in your life or someone else's. I am a true believer in making sure people such as myself, make good quality decisions. But, it all depends on how well you are on moving forward and seeking that success that can make or brake you.

Gary Vaynerchuk , is an individual that has truly helped me realize what passion, what hustling, and what dedication means to someone who is ready for positive results. I payed attention to how he emphasizes the importance of sticking to your goal. His aggression towards caring for others is one I applaud. Reason being I truly see how he can become a great storyteller. His communication skills exceed those who have problems doing so. I feel that if people listen to him, they will have a better understanding on how to go about branding or protecting what is yours and then providing the right solutions and right ingredients to make what you want to happen, succeed! Now, I feel that the only way to go about making sure that you meet certain requirements, is by setting boundaries and have a certain standard. I feel that you have to sometimes create a visual idea, seek it, then attack it and watch what happens once you make those titles real, you will forever feel accomplished, at least thats how I feel when it comes to becoming a successful entrepreneur.

Related Artist's and Its Judgmental Views

Music has evolved into a competitive outlook in todays society. I personally have looked into the depth of what the audience has to say about certain individuals who would not try to look like a previous artist but would actually portray the image of one who use to perform. But the question that people like myself what to know is, are they actually trying to by someone that the older generation use to listen to 20 or 30 years ago.

Why does the image of an artist always have to relate back to what a previous artist either looked like or how they moved on the dance floor? Examples of these frequently asked questions for people whom are portrayed to be representing someone who use to perform are, Chris Brown acting as if he was the new and improved Michael  Jackson. Another individual that I personally feel is trying to do this is, Miguel a R&B artist that has recently become very popular. Someone people would say that he is a resemblance of Prince the pop artist who those that may not know sang Purple Rain. Now, someone people may look at this blog and say that I am completely wrong, and that I am not making any sense. But if people look at it, watch how Miguel now wears his hair, and how Chris Brown dances a certain way that would imitate MJ.

People are judging every chance they get. There are is an understanding that the average civilian, citizen or whom ever is quick to judge because they are either wanting to do what someone is already doing, or do it better. I looked up a couple interviews on youtube that explains why people judge artist without even getting to know the background of what they went through to get them to where they are at now. I personally took the time to sit back and ask myself why do I judge the media world. I feel like its based off of having or wanting something that you cannot have. People now days want something that they cannot have.  So they judge of what they see through illustration or video performances or television interviews. Here is an interview by Sammi Lane, an individual who explains why they do.

Artists Beef and Producer Involvement

There has been rumors going around that indicated that, Meek Mill who is signed with MAYBACH music, is having conflicting gestures and also being pressed by Cassidy who many may know was a popular rapper in the years 2000-2006. This media frenzy I personally feel  can be a positive one for the rapper known as Cassidy. Reason being, people who have not heard from Cassidy are eager to hear what he will come out and say, or how he will react towards this beef.

According to Cassidy, that he recently did on a radio station, he mentions that the beef between him and Meek Mill is something that he feels is not pointed to a physical beef. In other words he feels that this beef that hey have for one another is something in confusion. One minute he sees him at the 2k party in Philly, and everything is ok, then the next minute he hears words thrown back at him. Cassidy explains, that the twitter beef between him and Meek Mill, would be a known approachable thing if this was a year ago. Reason being he feels that, at that time if this was to occur, there would be know meaning because he had not reached that level of respect in the media industry. Now that Meek Mill is signed to a major record label, Cassidy now has a reason to respond back to what Meek Mill said on twitter.

There are producers in the media industry that have brought understanding and clarity to the civilians that may take one thing and turn it around and make it seem something else. There was an interview that was done about 2 years ago that informed certain people in the music world why certain things could not be said or sold. For example according to Jay-Z Top Producer Young Guru Breaks Down How Music Artist Enslave Themselves, by not sticking to what they say or how they say it. Producers are now getting more involved with the value of a word than what may just be said.

Knowing that certain artist and producers have come to terms with how people are able to feed of off "beef," it tends to spark an interest in the media industry. I have realized that this can become a powerful way of sparking others to stay in tuned.

During the duration of my collegiate years, I have taken the time to reevaluate my  decision making when it comes to my future. I follow the leaders that I feel will make a difference in the music industry. For example, Ryan Leslie  is one individual that I admire and respect because of his hard work ethics and bravery to speak out to others in his music rather it had to deal with couples or the world itself and how he delivers. I went on you tube and looked up the understanding of what I strongly have an interest in and came across an interview with a manager who gave the definition of what he or she is supposed to do when managing an artist take a look at Artist Management . During this interview you can see that this manger defines the rules and regulation of how well his part is as a manager. I to understand the responsibility. According to Green in the 48 Laws of Power, he mentions a Law that indicates taking a risk and that is, Law #28 "ENTER ACTION WITH BOLDNESS." I like this law because it shows courage and perseverance. One who is timid in his career is one that is not willing to take risk. Any mistake taken can be easily fixed within your career or action that has been taken!
